Hydro Holding è fortemente impegnata a prevenire il verificarsi di illeciti nello svolgimento delle proprie attività, adottando le necessarie misure organizzative e disciplinari per contrastarne ogni possibile insorgenza.
Per questo motivo ritiene fondamentale che i dipendenti, i collaboratori e le terze parti segnalino presunte violazioni delle quali siano venuti a conoscenza nell’ambito del contesto lavorativo al fine di garantire, tra l’altro, anche il rispetto di quanto stabilito dal Modello di Organizzazione e Gestione ex D.lgs.231/01 e dal Codice Etico.
Le procedure di segnalazione, presenti sul sito internet di Hydro Holding, hanno lo scopo di fornire chiare indicazioni operative circa oggetto, destinatari, modalità di trasmissione e gestione delle segnalazioni aventi ad oggetto “violazioni”, nonché circa le misure di protezione previste dal D.Lgs. 24/2023.
Per “violazioni” si intendono tutti quei comportamenti, atti od omissioni che ledono l’interesse pubblico o l’integrità della Società, di cui i whistleblowers siano venuti a conoscenza nel contesto lavorativo riferito alla Hydro Holding S.p.A
Le segnalazioni devono essere trasmesse attraverso l’apposito canale per le segnalazioni Whistlelink accessibile dal sito web di Hydro Holding e direttamente dal browser inserendo il seguente indirizzo: https://hydroholding.whistlelink.com/.
L’applicativo garantisce, anche attraverso il ricorso a strumenti di crittografia, la riservatezza dell’identità della persona segnalante, della persona coinvolta e della persona comunque menzionata nella segnalazione, nonché del contenuto della segnalazione e della relativa documentazione in conformità a quanto previsto dalla normativa vigente in materia di whistleblowing.

Hydro Holding is strongly committed to preventing the occurrence of wrongdoings in the performance of their operations and takes all the necessary organisational and disciplinary measures to counter such occurrence.
For this reason, they consider it essential that employees, collaborators and third parties report alleged breaches they have become aware of within the work context in order to ensure, among other things, compliance with the provisions of the Organisation and Management Model pursuant to Leg. Decree 231/01 and the Code of Ethics.
The reporting procedures, which can be found on Hydro Holding’s website, are intended to provide clear operational indications about the scope, recipients, methods of transmission and handling of reports concerning “breaches,” as well as about the protection measures provided for by Leg. Decree 24/2023.
“Breaches” shall mean all those behaviours, acts or omissions that may harm the public interest or the business integrity of the Company, and that whistleblowers have become aware of within the work context related to Hydro Holding S.p.A
Reports should be submitted through the Whistlelink reporting channel, that can be accessed from Hydro Holding’s website and directly from the browser by entering the following address: https://hydroholding.whistlelink.com/.
The App ensures – also through the use of encryption tools – the identity privacy of the reporting person, the person concerned and the person mentioned in the report, as well as confidentiality of the report content and the related documentation in accordance with the provisions of applicable whistleblowing regulations.
